He'll yeah it was a fraud. If the suit is won in one state it will be a full blown world wide suit. People everywhere will demand their money back.

And it won't stop there! It will start with all other sports football, basketball, soccer, mma. It will never end and will cause a slew of law suits. A guy has a bum ankle, file a law suit. This is going to set a bad precedent.
