Floyd is the same man who told Pacman WHAT IF I LOSE? this is all I got Manny pity me basically and let me have the win. Pacman went easy and it wasnt Floyd making Pac look bad it was because Pac didnt really come to fight, something was fishy.

I believe Floyd made a hotel room deal with Pacman and told him he would give him a rematch if he went easy on the first fight, compare how Pac completely bullied and chased Algieri down and dropped him heavy several times, Algieri was faster and more moving than Floyd, there were moments when Pac didn't even attack he was able to land his lead left at will, the fight was either fixed or Pac really had a sore shoulder.

But everyone is involved no one is innocent here, Floyd his team, Arum, Roach Pac, all of them screwed us.

I dont like the way Floyd was hugging Pacquiao and smiling at him, Pac doesn't realize that corrupt under the table deal stuff doesn't fly in America sure we have some corruption but, this aint the Filipines man with super corrupt politicians.
LOL. You mother ****ers make up some hilarious **** to rationalize this Pacquiao L.

wrong, its 100% ******. This these lawsuits have merit, they were filed months ago, and if you didn't notice they have no been thrown out. Lets be clear here, the Nevada AG is investigating Manny for perjury, as we speak, that investigation is similar to this investigation. It all comes down to public faith and trust, and Manny's representations leading up to and after the fight. Manny led the public to believe he was healthy, there was reasonable expectation that we were getting a fair fight so to speak. Thats what consumer protection laws are all about, you should look them up before posting. Manny is in clear violation of consumer protection laws, and is going to get taken to the cleaners. Lets not forget, other parties are named in the suit, people that have nothing to do with Manny's fib. They now have incurred liability because Manny violated not only the NVSAC rules, but civil law as well. When the world pays a billion dollars for an event, you host it the right way, and abstain from any forms of fraud, or you will be sued. This case has absolute merit, esp if the the parties win a judgement. Manny won't be able to earn money in America until he pays these people, they can garnish his wages stateside. He cannot settle either, because if he does that, everyone is going to sue. Trust me, this situation is going to get nasty.

          that's just ****ing bull****

how long have you been watching boxing? how many times have fighters all of a sudden come up with injuries after a loss?

how many of them got suspended by the NSAC? wouldn't that be perjury as well?

Does this mean I can sue whoever made Fantastic Four. What a piece of dog**** that was. I'd watch Mayweather vs Pacquiao on a 24hr loop before I'd watch Fantastic Four again.

Also would the statute of limitations be up on Lost? Granted I didn't really spend money to watch it, but I feel like I got a solid case on pain & suffering due to the realization it was a huge yorkie terrier turd in the last episode.

The big question the judge will have to make a decision on is:

Had the consumer known or was informed of the Pacquiao injury beforehand, would they still have bought the pay-per view?

They all will say no lol

What a disgrace, how do these people look at themselves in the mirror at night? Scumbags, the legal precedents this could set would change boxing forever. F*** OFF!
