i think what she is implying is that she has been meeting with guys like ryabinsky and that they have expressed interest in co-promoting kovalev fights with her. the money will be wherever these guys choose to host the fight

The promoter who won the Povetkin bid were just about to put down an $18 million bid for Klitschko-Fury last month before K2 got wind of it and cancelled the purse bid.
