He was moving a lot vs geale, great that his footwork and movement are that good but there is no way he can do that for 12 rounds. Hes lucky he got geale out early, if he lasted into the late rounds cotto could have had trouble vs a bigger guy when hes gassed.

trout made cotto look ordinary not canelo... he immediately admitted defeat to canelo... and as far as lara that was a close fight, if you cant see that then debating anything with you is pointless...
fighting lara is much more difficult than cotto due to styles...

roach shouldnt be training fighters anymore. you cant even understand what he is saying half the time.

he is a detriment to his fighters now.

he needs to retire asap and just take care of himself. run wild card, work 3-4 hr days and enjoy your money. spread your seed and start a family.

Actually yes Cotto's stamina was once world class with 14 of his first 32 victories coming in the second half of the fight 10 of those 14 wins came by knock out, of which 4 were late knock outs. It wasn't until Cotto faced Margaritto that his stamina waned, which Cotto (and myself) believes was due to Margaritto's loaded wraps. Cotto's stamina was never really the same after that fight, but the last three fights he has looked great, there is no reason to believe why Cotto with proper training couldn't regain his old stamina.

I been saying for 3 years on this forum that Canelo is tailor made for Cotto. Canelo moves like he has cement on his feet, throws low volume of punches and cant cut off the ring. All cotto has to do is circle Canelo, be first on his attack with the jab and Canelo just like in the Mayweather fight will go in to a shell because of the counter punching of Cotto.

I expect this fight to be easier for Cotto than people expect. Style make fights and Canelo is made in order for Cotto.
