Khan doesn't get to use that excuse. There is no hiding behind Haymon. He easily could have forced Mayweather into a fight by taking on and winning challenging fights to build demand. Moving on to the next biggest name and pulling the same stuff.

If fighting the best was his main concern, he would move on to the next best available fight. Fighting the best isn't his concern, the exposure in fighting Mayweather is.
