There's also quite a big difference between doing it in 3 round amateur fights and doing it at the highest world level against actual professional world champions. To pretend there isn't is very disingenuous.

GGG turned pro at 24 and hasn't moved up a single division or beaten a single number one ranked or number one champion in that time despite now being 33.

Maybe a less disingenuous thing to do would be to compare their records from 24 to 33?

I believe he was actually 24, funnily enough, when he moved up from his first division at 130, maybe 23. By the age of 33 he'd already moved up five divisions and beaten I think about 15 world champions.

So you said it was disingenuous to compare them as Floyd started at 19 and GGG at 24, and Floyd is now 38 and GGG 33.

Well, between the ages of 24 and 33 GGG has beaten I think 2 or 3 champions and moved up, ummmm, no divisions at all in fact.

Floyd, taking away his early growth period as a young man that you said gave him some kind of weird disingenuous statistical advantage, , between the ages of 24 and 33 moved up five divisions and beat around 15 world champions, give or take, I couldn't be bothered counting properly.
    pwned!!!!!

I love talking about TBE just as much as the next guy,but lets try to keep this thread on topic. Larry already tried to derail the damn thing earlier but I was able to weather the storm, don't get me wrong I have a lot of love for Larry sometimes his love for Floyd is uncontrollable.

This thread is about Gennady Golovkin vs. Milton Nunez on August 14th 2010.

Also I will allow some Spike O'Sullivan discussion.

Dmitry Pirog (career ending injury prevented GGG vs Pirog)

These guys had the opportunity to fight GGG.

Allways wonder what happen to Pirog? He was a beast!!! What kind of injury did he have? That sucks poor guy.

I think the real TBE is GGG I bet he has a bigger diq than Floyd as well that pretty much means I'm right, so my assessment goes as -
            • Better looking
            • Bigger sausage
            • Not boring
            • Beats womans poontang not their face

Its as unanimous decision imo or for GGG another KO added to the streak.

This post is very intredasting. I'll have to give it some thought and get back to you.

haha. I'd rather watch some footage of Gennady than have to scroll through the same unoriginal agenda threads about may-pac.
