Ha -- GGG's special effect is power, for sure. Making people quit. Willie Monroe just plain quit, didn't want anymore -- and he's a game dude ordinarily.

Solid fundamentals (see amateur record), distance control and accuracy. When Golovkin lands a short hook (for example), it doesn't look like another guy's punch. The effect is different. People go down and if they don't get knocked out, they eventually just quit. Not something you see very often.

      That's the special effect.

Ray Rob is probably the Greatest of all time p4p and a bigger man than Mayweather as well. U really giving great respect to even mention them in the same breath.

I think GGG is too big and hits too hard. Mayweather wouldn't get respect if he beats GGG at jr middle. Just going to claim he is drained and probably would be.
Ray Robinson fought at 135 for like a year and half into his career as a kid and was a big near 6 foot tall welterweight....come to mention I don't remember him ever fighting a taller opponent maybe Bobby Dykes

even during his title reign at 147 he struggled to make weight and had many non title fights at 150+

Robinson was a huge welterweight, even by today's standards...the average ww is 5'8"-5'9"

Mayweather fought below 147 for half his fights

Lol at people getting their panties in a punch when he pretty much kept it real. "I don't know the guy Gernady, I just know him as GGG" does not equal Mayweather pretending he does not know Golovkin, it should be understood as not knowing him personally. It is also not an insult to say you don't see special effects when someone is fighting; someone like Broner was filled with special effects with minimal substance.

It's prize fighting, moron. Floyd is by far the best money AND exposure around. That lineal SWW title is a nice extra as well

So koing ppl is not special effects? but going 12 rounds barely throwing punches and elbows is called special effects?

One of the most boring fighters to have ever put on gloves dares to call other fighters "no special effects"?

                  How ironic.

                    wut??? He was not.....

The only reason he became popular is because he ****** mayweather **** and talked trash... inside the ring he is boring, barely throws punches, yells like a girl and humps like a fa4got. His most entertaining fight was getting beat by maidana... if thats what u call special effects then he has them.

Pacquiao's to easy. Now Josesito Lopez, if GGG beat him, that would be a statement.
