For the money involved that would be guaranteed for Cotto or Canelo as the opponent of Mayweather lawsuits get dropped & rivalry's paused (as the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight happening showed which is a fight I was even saying would never happen cuz of the Floyd vs Bob beef). You could also ask why Ward doesn't move up and fight Kovalev, like he said he would, instead of hassling a MW.
