Although I do believe he could have, I have also have to mention the facts. Tito pre-wrap scandal was a huge puncher, after the wrap incident, he his power was nowhere to be found. That's the same thing that happened to margarito. Once these guys got caught, they were not the same. Post wrap scandal Tito probably edges canelo in a close fight cause he was well conditioned.

That's where you're misinformed. Tito had 1 fight after Bhop, wanted a rematch Bhop's people refused. Tito than had almost 2 year layoff, fought mayorga & then fought winky wright, whos never been ko'd. After that another layoff & a fight with rjj at 175.
