Boxing is subjective. It's based on a referees interpretation of boxing rules. It's never concrete. Like stepping out of bounds in a basketball game, or firing a 3pointer but only to find out it was only considered a 2 pointer since your stepping on the line. Boxing is not like that. Intentional clinching is foul in boxing, but some referees are lenient and allow excessive clinching ehem Bayless, but some are not. And some referees are obviously shady as well..
Floyd is an example of a protected boxer. It's a no brainer why he only fights in Vegas. He's obviously protected there. He can clinch all he wants run all he wants. No deduction of points will ever happen.
Floyd is a walking thesis of how not to be a real fighter. He does all the things that creates a boring fight. Running, intentional clinching, pot shotting, elbowing, sucker punching.. Basically you want your money back lol
