If Khan wanted to make the most money he would have taken the fight already.

If Brook fights these so called two big names, it's only going to make Brook a more valuable and known commodity whilst Khan's worth is nose-diving by the day.

Khan had the chance to end the Brook hype before it got going. Shame he pissed his knickers.

I agree with khan...

Brook since winning the title needed to fight guys like rios, maqrquez, maybe even a berto, lopez, soto karass. Brook needs about 2-3 "name" wins, they don't even need to be top level wins, just some names to raise brook's profile...
Next spring/summer khan/brook would be a huge stadium fight if brook had some better name wins since porter

Hearn mentions all these big names and then gives you Jo Jo Dan and Frankie Gavin, and now they are trying to sell you a fight with journeyman Chaves

When will Brook face someone with a name?, a genuine threat?, you can say what you want about Khan, he took risks and sometimes they paid off and other times they didnt, but at least he had the balls.

He could get these fights but the problem is Brook/Hearn think they are Wlad/Bonte, they believe they can dictate every term and only budge a little.

Brook and Hearn arent willing to make sacrifices for anyone other than Khan

If they carry on like this, they will struggle to find opponents.

Chaves is a risky fight simply because he isn't a big name - Rios would have been an easier fight but a bigger name. Chaves is clearly a threat. He has given tough fights to both Thurman and Bradley and was comfortably beating Rios.

No...Rios simply didn't want the fight. He was offered a very fair deal. He wanted to stay in the US and fight Bradley instead so you can't knock him but lets not place blame on Hearn/Brook. Rios has never made 7 figures except against Pacquiao.

Chaves is a risky joke...

Here is a guy who has made a career out of getting beat up, he is the new Soto Karass, a career journeyman

Brook should have fought Chaves instead of Gavin, but this is no big end of year fight.

Brook has had a very easy year, light touches galore, he talked a big game, but delivered very little.


Funny how you are bigging up Chaves, but only 2 months ago you described Chaves as a "warm up fight", a "undercard fight"

I actually think Brook shouldn't bother with a May fight and especially not against Chaves. Chaves is a decent fighter but he's also dirty as *** and if Brook gets cut or injured then it scuppers a summer fight.

He should probably just fight in June or July. Hopefully Marquez is up for it.
