Cotto never said the golden boy banner would not be present he simply states that it is a Roc Nation lead event and all Roc nation boxing lead events the floor has to be black. All of the sponsors and promotional banners will remain equal.

This is very critical and the reason Roc Nation gave Cotto all the money they did. They are building there brand as a boxing firm and this is there biggest event. Oscar is just trying to undercut them and flex his muscles. Oscar has lost a lot of fighters and promotional clout because of Haymond and Schafer, his ass hole is very tight these days.
