You are pretending not to remember that Duva tried the "purse bid ploy" first only it backfired because she was unaware of the resources Haymon had.

Why are you repeating this lie ? She asked the WBC to make the Kovalev fight mandatory, she didn't ask for a purse bid and for good reason because main event can't compete with Haymon.

Who capitalized on opportunities to get their highest payday and better their careers. There is a clear A-side and a predictable winner in almost every single one of the fights you listed. You're just biased towards HBO so you see them as competitive.

Golden Boy vs. Banner or SMS is not working with a "rival promoter". GBP has complete control over the entire event. The B-side promoter likely takes a step aside fee and gets their name put on the programs.

You are correct, you just are not pointing out the reason for this-because HBO banned Haymon affiliated fighters. In response, Haymon puts his fighters and others (to a lesser degree) on his programs which he created.

That's fine if that's your argument then be consistent and don't turn around and say this is about money. This is about politics and keeping fighters away from HBO or any of his other rivals. And if it's to do his own league which we all know is the reason then fine but when you and jokers defending this start saying HBO is being cheap and defending the purse bid which you and I both know is a sham it's lame and a point you don't even believe. The money is there for the fights on HBO or not but he is scheming and using politics to block his fighters from being on HBO. That's the end game with the false purse bid and not money.

It is about money dude. HBO lowered its boxing budget so fighters affiliated with HBO have a lower earning ceiling than non HBO boxers.

HBO allowed Kov/Duva to petition the WBC to be the mando. they got it. There was no way a deal could be reached because of HBO's budget reductions. A monkey could figure out this was going to a purse bid.

HBO is trying to deflate the market. Why does Haymon or anyone have to abide by this?

He is operating within the rules, he isn't doing anything illegal. He is doing the same thing HBO is doing-trying to get things on their terms.
