I've always wondered how haymons contracts are structured, can these guys leave him anytime they want?

Seemed like Matthysse did.

Matthysse had him as an advisior, his main promoters were Michael Arano and GoldenBoy so Al didn't really have too much control over Lucas. Arano has known and worked with Oscar for 10 years so he didn't want to sour the relationship by leaving him for Haymon. Good on them.
