They setting up Spence Jr to become Kell Brook mandatory in 2016 , Chris Van Heerdan is the current IBF International welterweight title the same belt Kell Brook used to have before his got his shot at the IBF world title

This doesn't necessarily mean they're setting Spence up to become Kell's mandatory.

Spence is already ranked #7 or #8 by the WBA, with Thurman being the regular champ and Floyd super champ.

Although the IBF actually enforce their mandatories so...

Chris will win. Chris is a high volume puncher with a very good chin, never got knocked down or rocked in a fight. He will put a lot of pressure on Spence from round i to 12. Chris always looks like he gets stronger the longer the fight goes on.

Good fight. I think Van Heerden can give Spence a run for his money but I favor Spence in the end.
