    BoxingScene.com had been advised that rising welterweight star Errol Spence Jr. (17-0, 14KOs) will likely face IBF #8 ranked contender Chris Van Heerdan (23-1, 12KOs).

    This fight will be the Premier Boxing Champions on Spike TV co-feature on September 11th at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario.

    The main event will feature Adonis Stevenson will defend his WBC light heavyweight championship against heavy underdog Tommy Karpency.

          yes but at the very least he would have been a good test for spence if he hadnt overdosed on tortas and burritos

              A step in the right direction, hopefully he fights again this year. Gradual stepup fights until around this time next year and then a meaningful big fight.

                At this rate he won't fight anyone meaningful until 2017.

                The Sadam Ali fight should be made before the year is out because this one may not take long for Spence to win

                  Not a bad fight to stay busy. Van Heerden might be the best of the D class welterweights, if that means anything lol He does have experience and has beaten a few veteran journeymen. If Spence white washes him, I'll be impressed. I'd definitely want him to see him fight a C class guy like Carson Jones or Julio Diaz afterward though.
