yes but only because they left it up for floyd to decide. if u make enough noise whether it be in or out the ring u can land big fights. it never fails, only thurman couldnt get the fights he wanted. had thurman fought khan or brook the winnner for sure would of got floyd. but everyone wanted to sit around and get chosen. f that earn your way in the gates, thurman was the only guy willing to fight his way to floyd everyone else wanted a easy way in. they knew the clock was ticking on his career so u got to get busy and make yourself known so fans demand it.

Thurman didn't look that great in his last three fights, and broke his hand. Brook is coming off wins over no-names Jo Jo Dan and Frankie Gavin. Khan didn't impress against Algieri.

lmao!!!! thats the only good thing about this, i like khan and would of loved the build up much more but he did it to himself whoring and wanting the fight so damn bad without trying to get big wins to earn it. all he ever did was talk about floyd. as soon as garcia blasted him out he mentioned floyd right after lol i wish khan the best down the line but let that be a lesson to him and anybody wishing so badly for a floyd fight. build your own legacy on your own terms, these new guys need to mix it up.

It's shamefull for any true follower of the sport....I'm sure the mayweather fans will still defend this farce.......I would even understand if berto was ranked undeservedly top contender for one of his belts but he is no where near it......this is why mayweather will never be ranked in the top 10 of all time.......if it is going to be his last fight he should have gone out with a **** and not a soft thud.....I won't buy it and maybe boxing will flourish as soon as he ****s off away from boxing......porter, thurman,khan,brook,Garcia,Lara all would have gained more following than this terrible match up.....I can see no justification for him picking berto except he just wants an easy win for the 49....this is bad
