Garcia-Paulie already soiled the card i can't even be mad about it now as i was already over it when it was announced. Pretty useless fight other than to let Paulie give a farewell, i hope he stays retired though we don't need to see anymore matchups like this.

    ---

I had fun watching the other two fights though, unfortunately Mora's leg gave out but that had a ROTY candidate - bad luck there.

And it was one of the first times a prospect got on pbc for the first time, in a swing bout, and made an impression with highlight reel stuff, that was pretty cool. In those moments stuff like that happening on PBC feels right and makes sense - like ok I see this might working making certain fighters. but some of the bad, unsatisfying endings, **** matchmaking sometimes ruin that stuff so I see where some of you are coming from

A bit too much for me. They are putting boxing on all the channels and the matchups they produce aren't too great for the most part.

PBC's biggest problem is it doesn't have a big enough talent pool to fill the dates. Al Haymon needs to get guys like Walters, Crawford, Canelo, GGG and Kovalev.

Another problem is they are not building any fights up. Do a 147lb super 6 or some s###.

That's what pbc needs more of,, not danny v pauli, or ghost v some club fighter

For every good matchup pbc delivers, they have 2 mismatches..
That happens when they air so many boxing cards. 3 in April, 3 in May, 4 in June, 3 in July, 5 in August. That's 18 in 5 months. How many has HBO had in April through August? When you put together 18 cards, you can't have A-level matchups every time. Are you saying you want no boxing compared to an average fight card? I'll take any boxing over no boxing.

I'm not complaining about free fights on TV, I'm simply pointing that pbc has a full arsenal of fighters and matchups, but they aren't realizing their full potential..

              Khan-garcia 2
              Thurman-garcia
              Thurman-Porter
              Etc etc

Those are the fights we should be getting everytime... Their was literally no reason to have garcia-pauli, with so many other possible matchups available

I believe they are building up Thurman vs. Danny Garcia. Both have headlined and NBC card and an ESPN card.

                Fights like Mayweather's 50th, Wilder-Klitschko, Stevenson-Beterbiev could be spectacles on NBC. Plus Wilder-Povetkin, Jacobs-Quillin, Khan-Brook...

If you're such a big boxing fan, why are you so content with such a woefully inadequate product? Why are you not striving for a better product, thus creating a healthier environment for the sport as a whole?

Bit of a weird mindset you have there, bruv.

LOL Haymon has like 80% of the fighters out there signed to him & you're saying he doesn't have enough talent

I guess these are the people who have accepted 'you get what you pay for', it's free so can't complain about it irrespective of how bad the product is #FreeBoxingForAll
