Where would a prime Vernon Forrest be in todays WW division?

The Viper (RIP) was tough as nails but he was beatable. I think Forrest would KO Porter, beat Bradley & Thurman in a war(s). I dont think Roach wouldve let Pac fight him but he probably wouldve beat Pac on pure size and the power and longer reach wouldve gave Floyd nightmares. The only person I see today throughly beating a prime Forrest is a guy like Maidana, because styles make fights... What do you think?

He would probably be number one or two.

Maybe Maidana could beat him as his style is somewhat similar to Mayorga's and Vernon had trouble with ultra-agressive fighters.

I would love to see him go head-to-head against Thurman, Brooks or Spence.

Prime Forrest was pretty exceptional. Technique was flawless, and had the size, accuracy, and power to back it up.

Most ppl here probably weren't big fans of sport back than but when he beat Mosley, Mosley had hype through the roof, #1 pfp I believe too. And Forrest shredded him.

Mosley wasnt used to a guy getting there first and from that range, Forrest had a long reach, shanes arms are normal for his size.

No doubt, but no one expected Forrest to beat Shane like that.

People thought Forrest was going to be all time great after what he did to Shane. In those days Shane was throwing combinations with speed and power we've never even seen before.

For Forrest so destroy him like that was huge at the time.
