How the hell is Cotto the underdog?

I'm going by what i read today. He's 2 to 1 underdog in Vegas soo far. I think he is underdog due to age, his stoppage losses, wear and tear he's taken. He's fighting a very confident, younger, strong challenger.

Just don't make it out to be more than it really is because this untested Canelo that Floyd/Cotto stans scream of being limited, will turn into the best thing ever if there's victory for Cotto. I meant it in a way that it's his one of his few great wins. You misinterpret it.

Oscar is great for his accomplishments and his resume. He may not have a legendary resume but it's better than some ATGs people like to praise while shit on DLH.


Your shit with Floyd is that you act like his accomplishments are so wonderful, I show you Oscar's, which is impressive in it's own right and people like you shit on it. If it's so easy getting what Oscar did, why do so many people struggle to get half of what he did?

He is the underdog which is to be expected. Everyone is going to be putting their money on Canelo, they did with Sergio incorrectly as well. Casino always makes more money when the favorite loses. If Cotto wins, they have to pay out bigger odds of +180 but, they are taking in 280 from every Canelo bet to cover for it.

I really doubt that Cotto can beat Canelo decisively. He can get ****ty decision though.

Canelo's stamina is shit compared to those two. Those two were offensive machines. Canelo fights in spurts. If he loses, THAT will be his downfall.

I can see that happening. Still props to Cotto though. Canelo has been able to get away with it because he wins a lot of the early rounds or does enough damage early where the opponent can't capitalize. So if Cotto does take advantage of this weakness, all props for it because not everyone can do that.

Everyone has weaknesses, it's up to the fighters to find ways to exploit them.
