Overrated: Crawford don't understand all the hype was getting out boxed by Yuri and that chinny Rican.

Underrated:Easily Danny Garcia the best resume under thirty in the game,battle tested and has proven mental fortitude and resiliency.

Excellent choice for underrated. I would say Uchiyama but he's recently made it onto the p4p list, so I'll pick Inoue instead. He's not underrated so much on these forums, but he doesn't generate as much mainstream attention as he deserves.

Overrated is tough to say... maybe Rigondeaux is a bit overrated, at least as far as what his resume is concerned. Wilder and Frampton are honorable mentions.
