From my point of view, I read where GGG was willing to fight from 154 to 168 ... he said he could make 154 for Floyd (which means he can make 154) and was willing to go up to 168 for Chavez (which means he can fight at 168).

I understand the risk/reward, but when it comes to others (Lara at 154, Ward at 168) he and/or his team don't seem to want to budge on the weight.

They set themselves up for criticism when they say that (a) he can fight at those weights, and (b) no one wants to fight him -- then they are the ones who balk when meaningful fights are offered on those extremes.

To me it's simple: I have no problem with him wanting to fight at 160 for as long as he wants and can make the weight, just don't tell me no one will fight him when people are saying they will and the reality is it's more of a risk/reward thing than a "everybody's scared of GGG" thing.

Yet, he wants Ward at 164.

That's not called negotiating terms, that's called ducking.
Thats cause ward brings nothing to the table and he is a B side. Simply put

Think about what you are asking. You are asking GGG to move up 8 lbs, to fight Ward for peanuts, to interrupt what (considering his age) will be his last chance at PPV stardom, and to do it all because Ward suddenly decided it without Ward giving in on a single thing. Surely you believe Ward to be the better fighter, and yet you demand the fight be totally stacked in his favor with anything less being a "duck".

How absurd can you be? Golovkin isn't Jesus Christ. So why are you holding him to such standards?

He's a quality, entertaining fighter with the chance to be an HoF fighter. If things go well he and Ward will fight and hopefully it'll be entertaining.
I got news for you he probably already is one with the horrible standards of the hall of fame. You should say he has a chance to be a legitimate hall of fame member.

Its a duck no matter how you slice it. He'll fight the BIGGER Froch & Chavez Jr at 168 but the SMALLER Ward at 164.

oh I see the excuse.... A side doe! style

Blah, blah, blah.
GGG has yet to fight @168, while Canelo/Cotto are playing CW games @160. Ward shouldn't be counting on GGG as a potential opponent because he isn't in his division (yet). Ward is in a desperate situation because the Roc Nation/Haymon issue will most likely prevent a match-up with DeGale or Jack (assuming he beats Groves). Team GGG is trying to use that desperation against him with the CW. Ward needs to let that match-up go and stay active.

Supposedly, GGG doesn't have to make any weight concession since he's the WBC mandatory. However, we will soon find out what really matters to GGG: the belt itself or Cotto/Canelo.

How can you duck someone who isn't in your weight division?

Don't answer, it's rhetorical. We both know you are so blinded by obession and hatred that you can't give a coherent response.

So then what do you call what Floyd did to JMM and Canelo? Is that ducking to because according to your logic it is.
