Lemeiux lost to Rubio and what? Hopkins lost to Mitchell, Pacquiao to Torrecampo, Wlad to Puritty, Donaire to Sanchez.

Khan got KTFO by Prescott in 2008, no way he ever gets KO'ed again after that, he's a new man just look at his fight vs Malignaggi and Kotelnyk two world class JWW's, it's been 4 years since the Prescott KO, get over it! Bam, gets KTFO by Danny Garcia 4 years later.
What are you rambling on about?

LOL I think GGG winning won't be an excuse post fight for non-GGG fans. The "excuse" by non-GGG fans as you put it has been established the day the fight was confirmed.

Fwiw I'm not anti-GGG, I'm anti-his fanboys, but even I see the story written on the wall with this fight cuz outside of Lemieux hitting the 1 punch KO power lottery his chances seem slim to none. Ultimately I'm just hoping for an exciting fight cuz IF Lemieux can get something going on this could be a fun fight. That said I'm expecting an early GGG KO as it would seem most others are from the non-GGG fans to the cats who have a shrine of GGG's testicles on their desk at work.

Lemieux lost 4 years ago. The fighters you mentioned lost those fights over a decade or more ago, Hopkins two decades and a half ago. You mentioned HoF'ers to make Lemeiux look better, that's pitiful. Your thread about people making excuses if GGG wins (which obviously left readers confused), turned into you making excuses as to why Lemeiux is a good opponent. That is pretty hilarious.

            Trying too hard Kev.

I mentioned those extreme example to make a point that if it isn't bad for them why is it bad for such a young champion. What does time got to do with that? Obviously Lemeiux isn't 40 years old either.

What's hilarious is you telling people Algieri wasn't even top 10 contender at 140, yet was a champion at LWW just a fight before Khan.

I'm not too worried about the comprehension issues of the forum:

I'd be shocked if ggg lost this. This is another marginal opponent. Golovkin is much better than Lemieux on just about every level. Some of us who are critical of Golovkin are not bashing his skill, we're criticizing his choice of consistently lame opponents. This will be a fun fight but it's also a way of ducking Ward.

                I'm not trying at all.

That was not an opinion of mine. Chris Algieri was not a top 10 ranked JWW or WW when Khan fought him, in any top 10 rankings, Ring, ESPN, Boxingscene, etc. That is a fact. If you are not a top 10 contender, you are not seen as a top fighter. Unless it's a circumstance like Ward, who isn't ranked as a top 10 fighter due to inactivity, or Mayhweather in in his comeback 2009 fight where he was unranked due to inactivity.

                    Lol **** all this ****.

Golovkin is about to be WBA/IBF champion and has the rights to face the winner of Cotto-Canelo for the WBC/Lineal title.

Oh shoot I could swear Algieri was top 10 at 140 according to The Ring and Boxrec after the Pacquiao fight but before the Amir Khan fight was announced but not sure how to check that. When he announced yet another fight at 147, I think that's when he was removed from 140lb rankings. Not 100% sure about this though.
