Herrera was tougher than people gave credit. The Petersen fight was close. He arguably lost both. So the **** what?

Once Danny dusted off Morales, Kahn and Matthysse, NSB diehard fans have been looking for a reason to hate him. They say it's his pops or his controversial losses but these things have never stopped them from supporting fighters they like.

Being better than the popular guys is no reason to hate him.

Stop fighting tune ups and guys with 6,7,8,9,10,etc losses on their record and start fighting and calling out guys in your generation....or keep letting Daddy run your career and living vicariously through you with his tongue up Haymon's @ss. Khan and Matthysse are the only fights worthy of getting this car any respect. Herrera whopped his ass and peterson toyed with him the whole night. Step it up or fk off.

DG has always finds a way to win

In life people have to understand you won't always look pretty winning but the important way is to find a way to win and Garcia continues to do that. The Herrera/Peterson fights were close but I honestly feel he won those fights just faded at the end. Both Herrera/Peterson made the mistake of giving up the first half of the fight and you can't do that and expect to win. It's a point system and if I win the first 7 and you beat me up badly excluding a knockout or knock downs in last 5 rounds you still lost.

Say what you want about Mayweather but after the Castillo fight that many felt he lost he gave him a rematch. After the Maidana fight where few felt he lost he gave him a rematch. And he clearly beat both guys the second time around. And Garcia looked worse then Mayweather did in either fight against Castillo or Maidana but he gave both guys rematches. Whether you think he won or lost the perception to most is that he lost one if not both and ran from the rematch to fight lesser fighters. Did it first with passing up a rematch with Herrera to fight Salka. Did it again passing up rematch with Peterson to fight Paulie. If you don't give guys a rematch after many feel you lost you better damn well fight somebody bigger and better or you get killed by the media and fans.

Easy in his case. Have uncle Al throw a couple thousands at a ref and there's Garcia's way finding how to win.

Lot of the critics are Khan and Matthysse fans. They dwell on Herrera and PEDerson bcuz their guys couldnt get it done and werent as competitive. Danny is legit, one of only a few
