Being a boxing fan is so HARD these days...

Man, it's terrible. You only get to see your favorite fighters fight twice a year if you are lucky.

I have to wait at least two months to find an interesting fight. And when fighters fight only twice a year, if they cherry pick a fighter... you have to wait for almost a year to see him fighting again an interesting fight.

WTF, it sucks. They should fight 4-5 times a year, that would be AWESOME.

        No man, NO!
Look at your signature! GGG should have already fought Canelo AND Cotto. We don't get to see the best fights now.

MMA is for ****sexuals. Not that this is bad, of course. But that is simply the case. Watching men grapple in their underwear does nothing for me.

Maybe it gets you off though, if so, good for you!

Thats why you should follow the whole sport, not just a couple of fighters. Boxing is year round, that alone is awesome. There is no season or off season, just boxing across the globe every week. There is ALWAYS fights to watch every week. Can't beat that.

Sure, the top guys might only fight a couple times a year, but if you're following the sport that doesn't matter.

It is pretty bad lately, but the last few months of the year are looking promising (thanks only to HBO). 2013 was a great year for boxing. 2014 was an abomination. And this year is somewhere in the middle. But those high points, like Cotto/Canelo will surely be, still make it worth following year-round.

True there is only one good competive matchup per month basically.....

So 12 good fights per year between A vs A or B+

Go to the gym. Boxing is one of the few sports where the people who are fans of the sport don't actually participate in the sport.

Sounds like you're a Boxer fan compared to a Boxing fan.
