So you only watch "exciting fights" - fights where there is absolutely no favorite? Guess you are not much of a fan then eh? You probably only watch half a dozen fights a year.

As for the outcome being known beforehand GTFOH with that line - GGG may be a favourite but 95% of the fights made have a favourite. So the outcome is not known with certainty and if ever there was a fighter that typified "he has a puncher's chance" it is Lemieux - that is why it will be exciting.

Hey hold on a minute, I never said I ONLY watch exciting fights, I said I PREFER them, not the same thing, right?
As far as favorite, ofcourse there are favorites, but there are degrees, a fighter can be favored by a litte or by a LOT, like many of Floyd's fights because of a huge skill gap between him and his opponent, or a prime Tyson, you can't deny this fact.
However this is betting favorite which is a totally different concept than your favorite or my favorite fighter, which has to do with prefered style or region or nationality, etc.

this fight is perfect for the GGG haters. They get to spend the next 10 weeks yammering on and on and on about how Lemieux is a scrub and GGG is gonna KO him inside 3, and blah blah blah. Its perfect for them. That way if GGG DOES ice him early, they can say "see, I told you Lemieux was a scrub!!!!", and if they are wrong and its a competitive fight, they can say "see, I told you GGG was overrated, he just went life and death with this hobo Lemieux!!!".

if Mister 164's fluff girls make a NSB GGG hate list, I'll probably make the top 10 P4P(Post 4 Post) list....even though I feel like my so called hate for dude is way overrated...there's no way noone can really knock this fight because it's a unification fight...regardless of how wack DL may be or how much better than DL Mister 164 may be...it's a RELEVANT rumble....don't worry about how the wind may blow regarding this fight....just dress warm and know that this is a fight that HAD to be made....I think you guys worry too much about the warranted criticism Mister 164 and his team of goofballs have been enduring recently....a few good posters on here are starting to sound like damaged goods....I guess the Mister 164 fan base have been taking too many shots as of late....just dress warm and tuck your chin bro....the weather will get greater later for 164....that's if he's taking the medicine he's been prescribed and steps in with the talented skillful SMW King of the Bay

I don't mind the match-up since Lemieux has a belt but lets have it real, it's a pretty easy fight for Golovkin.

If GGG is on PPV for this title fight, then when he fights the Canelo/Cotto winner, there won't be any crying from either of those guys about how GGG has never headlined a PPV. They are saying the price will be less than $60, so if it's like $49.99, I'd buy that because you already know neither of these guys will beat around the bush in there....it's going to be a war.
