It being on PPV is a surprise but for the pot to be right I guess that is how it has to be. Good fight especially at 160, even if Golovkin is much more polished offensively and likely to make that work.Comment

awesome fight
i will be cheering for lemieux
but i think golovkins ability to deliver the same power without getting as wide and sloppy will get him the stoppage
this will definitely answer the whole "does golovkin get hit on purpose" argument since nobody would get hit by david on purposeComment

Still not a fan of this as a PPV, but from a business standpoint I can understand its kinda a no lose situation for them so why not.Comment

Fair enough, me I just prefer even matchups that can go either way, even if my favorite fighters are involved, I just love the drama and tension, plus the winner gets way more props and deservedly so.Comment

maybe not, but GGG has only been fighting in the states for what 2 years, while Cotto's been doing it for well over a decade?
If you want a FAIR comparison, lets look at where Cottos numbers were for fights like Mohammad Abduleiv, or Sosa, or Carlos Quintana.........Comment

I am thinking of ordering it in two receivers as well. LETS HELP GGG BREAK ALL RECORDS!!!!!!Comment

Agree with everything. This is probably the best makeable fight for GGG at 160 right now & kinda plays like a semifinals fight with Canelo vs Cotto if things go down as most of us hope. But nah its not PPV worthy, but again this being PPV seems like a no lose situation for the en****** involved. Probably helped make the fight with it being on PPV & if they can break even at a low buy number than fair play.Comment
