Didn't golden boy want to make the Garcia Peterson fight well before it happened? Pretty sure Al held that fight back purposely to be on PBC. Remember when the Salka fight was just a tune up before Peterson unification and that idiot Espinoza bought into it only to see all the fights go to PBC instead?

It's hard for me to keep up with all this. My gut feeling is that Schaefer and Haymon are slick hustlers that can't be trusted. I can't prove that but it's what I believe. Haymon manages way too many fighters and many of them are rivals that may fight each other. That seems like a big fat conflict of interest. It's sort of like a devorce lawyer representing both the husband and the wife.

Haymon settled another suit with Golden Boy for $25 million... He is essentially being sued again for the same thing and it's because he's done even more shady things after losing. Blocking venues/dates for example... Haymons also gotten kicked out of the entertainment industry, sued and lost there too.

When a shady guys goes into a business and keeps losing everytime he get's sued, how can anyone think he isn't doing something illegal? You guys are going off an article and I'm just going off his record in court which, while I don't know the exact number of times he's been sued... He's 0-2 against Oscar and Beyonce. My money is on him settling and losing once again.

About a week after he left every he worked closely with got arrested by the DOJ, IMO Schaefer got caught doing something and snitched.

So yeah, and guy like him and a guy like Haymon, ripping off someone like Oscar is pretty small potatoes. Ripping people off, even those who are close to them, is what these guys do.

How is it ******? Al got sued for it and lost... He then kept doing it after losing and now he can be sued again... He's essentially being sued for the same thing twice and it's no one's fault but his own. It's not double jeopardy or some dumb **** when you can kill a person twice, but you can rob a person twice and it's two different crimes. It's nearly the same exact case here.

UBS which Schaefer was CEO of was invaded no long after he left, and I think like 12 bankers got arrested. If I remember correctly the bank was fined well over a billion dollars.

IMO Richie boy knew they were going down sent the DOJ a package with everything they needed to know, and jumped ship to The U.S.
