Small yes but still in the black and still in the game.

I dont know about the clause and if it does exist then GBP lawyers are idiots but if not then this is how i would have handled it. Stay in the game, keep company in the game, and stay in positive light. At same time still build up fighters i have and in future maybe promote GBP fighters on PBC format with PBC fighters
I get you now, yes GBP can still work with Al but it's obvious they would be making less than what they would make if the fighters were actually under the GBP umbrella, this is why I like this sort of deals because the fighters end up making more money, the money that the promoter would have sank in his or her pocket would now go to the fighter and some to Al... Win win for both manager and fighter, this is why these fighters are running over to Haymon and I don't blame them.

You just know that Oscar's drug use will be a factor in this case.

Wait. Hasn't GBP promoted Wilder's, a Haymon fighter, last fight?

          I dont think so.

          Dibella did Molina.

          GBP did Stiverne.

I know it is people who get a hard off to the idea of shutting Haymon and PBC down but that is not going to be easy to do. He is Brilliant at finding Loopholes in contracts and things like that and he will exploit them to the fullest because he knows having been in boxing for years now that Boxing is the most unorganized sport in the world. It is basically a "Free For All"

In theory it sounds good, but TR, GBP invest a lot in fighters they bring in as prospects. Al is buying proven fighters that have already been established.

I know the PBC has signed a lot of fighters from the Olympics. It remains to be seen whether they can develop & invest in these fighters.

Also to me it seems like the B side of these fighters are making GREAT money. Even C levels are getting some nice change. HOWEVER the top established fighters are not making what they could be.

They all feel they are on the path to FMJr riches, but PBC will be another TR/GBP/DK in terms of getting their cut.

Anyways I'm enjoying the fight calendar this year, let's see how this all pays out.

Didn't golden boy want to make the Garcia Peterson fight well before it happened? Pretty sure Al held that fight back purposely to be on PBC. Remember when the Salka fight was just a tune up before Peterson unification and that idiot Espinoza bought into it only to see all the fights go to PBC instead?
