I can't see why the vacant British title can't be on the line as well as the Commonwealth with the Joshua/Cornish fight! There's 53 countries in the Commonwealth compared with 4 in GB.

He's not called Deontay Joshua at all.

Deontay Wilder's team would never have considered putting him in with anyone as dangerous as Dillian Whyte in his 15th fight.

Heck, they probably wouldn't even put him in with Whyte now.

You really cant compare Joshua to Wilder. Wilder fought 30 bums who are lower than some of the opponents Joshua fought already and Joshua just had 15,16 fights or something. They build him up just right.

          This is actually true.

Wilders average opponent at the 14 fight mark. Had 7 losses 5 wins.
To date Wilders avg opponent has 6 losses and 14 wins.
Joshuas average opponent had 10 losses 22 wins.

I can't see why Joshua would think about Price as an opponent at this point unless there is some domestic title in play & Price is in the way or if he just needed a stay busy fight or if a late opponent switch was needed to be made. The Tony Thompson L's were forgivable to some degree. The last L not so much. Price gots a lot of rebuilding, assuming he can, before he's a legit viable random non-stay busy fight for Joshua & Joshua is moving up quick so he'll be well past the Price level by the time Price has rebuilt, assuming he can rebuild.

                Hello, Police?
                I'd like to report a pre-meditated murder.

AJ would put Price in a coma...Pricey would **** himself before the first bell even looking across the ring and remembering his chin is made of wet toilet paper.

Not much point in fighting him now. Just aswell someone else beat him before he had the chance to really.

I think this will happen. I was saying for people like Price and Chisora, they can't cut it on the world scene but they could have decent domestic careers. Both just need to beat a couple of bums each and then they could fight against each other for a decent little payday or be fed to Joshua for the money.

Yeah but Joshua is far better and with serious money behind him than what Wilder was back then. It's embarrassing to have him take backwards step fights against Cornish and Whyte taken up the rest of his year when he's already proved himself with flying colours against the far superior Kevin Johnson. He should be only fighting top 40 opponents now. It's not as if he's a boy waiting to grow into a mans body or anything.
