He should be only fighting top 40 opponents now. It's not as if he's a boy waiting to grow into a mans body or anything.
I agree in a way but i don't mind the Whyte fight because there's a bit of needle between the two. I don't mind him fighting these guys in his upcoming fights but if he isn't fighting top 10-15 opponents starting early 2016 if he beats these two with ease then it's a joke. He has nothing more to prove against domestic level fighters now. Then he stepped up to fight Kevin Johnson who was slipping but a good win, so why go backwards again? He needs to start being in with fighters like Carlos Takam, Jennings, Stiverne, Tony Thompson or someone along those lines once these fights are out of the way. It's alright saying he shouldn't be rushed but as it stands he's just fighting guys ranked well below him which is useless, he needs to be pushed now.

Whyte would beat the **** out of Kevin Johnson. I agree that the Cornish fight is disappointing.

What's Whyte's best win in the pros?

Kevin Johnson was just there to survive and collect his paycheque.

The Cornish and Whyte fights serve a purpose - to become British and Commenwealth champion. And I know Whyte at least will be coming to win.

Yep Whyte is convinced he has Josh's number and if Josh were to beat him it would have to go down as a good win as Whyte has come on loads since beating Josh in his own first amateur contest, no backwards steps there at all as some in the know think he has the beating of big J.
like the picture of the all time great ...king Con talking of backward steps !

What I've seen of Dillian Whyte has been awful. He's ranked like 82 on BoxRec so there's not much ground to disagree with you at this point. It will sell because Whyte and Joshua fought in like a warehouse a decade ago or something but this is a weak fight in a vacuum

"Future" David Price fight???? Price is done, there is no future for him. Not a single person would pick Price to win, not even Price himself.

Lol Wilder also came from an olympic background and was signed by Golden Boy when they were at their peak.

He's had money behind him too, just that no one was confident in him. He's stil learning on the job,

AJ is becoming a bit of a hype train.

It's a good move to talk him up, of course, because it generates interest - but the real prospect in the division is Joseph Parker.
