It's a world title unification fight between 2 all action punchers, both with a good fan base. I think it will do well.

GGG fans already trying to hype up Lemieux.
No one is hyping up Lemieux. There is no middleweight in the sport today who can beat GGG. Unfortunately, Golovkin is a natural middleweight and is fighting in his natural division and it is not his fault that he is so far above everyone else. Lemieux does have a puncher's chance, however, and that should make it an interesting fight. People should also not judge him on fights he had years ago when he was first starting out.

I give it 4 rounds, maybe less. Hard to make predictions with Golovkin though, because you never know if he will carry a guy for a few extra rounds to get some work in. We should have a good idea how it will go after the second round or so.

I think it will do better as a PPV than Ward-Smith did as a free fight on BET.

He should have another fight and then takes the loser of Canelo/Cotto fight and GGG would take the winner.
Cotto is not fighting Lemieux in this life or any other. Try to be happy for good fights, normally there is a favorite - very rare to get 50/50 fights. I have this 65-35 GGG - but if GGG allows Lemieux to hit him like he did Monroe then he's going to the canvas and we'll find out how good his chin is.

Its simple hes ducking Ward...He cant go with the "money" issue cuz jay z has plenty of that, so whats the next excuse he goes for?? "Oh i want a cw of 164, but im willing to fight chavez jr and willing to go to england to fight Froch at 168, the weight is no problem"....

If you cant see thats a duck, then its obvious you need to stay off this Forum and boxing forum24 as well, cuz nobody wants to read your garbage..

If it does 150000 in Canada and 100000 in USA that is not a bad start to a PPV career. Gotta start somewhere - can't all be doing 1 million from the get go.

You have to start somewhere - 250/300K would not be too bad.

Marketability, Chavez and Froch have it(Fan base) and Ward does not. Simple math really, the almighty buck.
