Lets just stop that please. He is a prime MW
    It's just a word. He's a middleweight, happy?

Ward is a super middleweight, happy?

I believe they have every right not to go up or down if they don't want to.

60/40 in GGG's favor for him fighting at '68 actually sounds fair.

When Canelo Alvarez rehydrates to more than you do as a middleweight, you're a small middleweight. They've also been vocal that Golovkin comes in light before camp, he doesn't blow up by 20 pounds after each fight.

Are seriously going to sit there isn't a size difference between Cotto and GGG?

I'm not excusing Cotto for holding the MW division hostage, but lets be realistic here.
I know there is a size difference. But to act like cotto is some 140lb midget and let him off the hook for not fighting ggg despite having a MW belt is ridiculous. In case you don't know a good majority of fighters shrink themselves to fight in lower weight classes before they fight in weight classes they actually belong in. Hell GGG's first couple fights were at 154. That's like me saying in an article about ward calling out golovkin "it seems people forgot GGG started at 154" as a way to let him off the hook and make the other look bad for calling out a smaller fighter. Also Golovkin does NOT come in 15 pounds heavier on fight night

Thats because Canelo is huge. Thats a poor standard. Everyone is small then. Thus no one is actually small; therefore Canelo is the exception

as for the cotto and alvarez fights, i don't blame golovkin for trying to stick around for them, but it doesn't look like that is happening. they're about to fight eachother, and the loser is going to be in no rush to fight gennady freaking golovkin with his new belt.
If GGG beats Lemieux this fall, and Ward beats somebody more meaningful than Paul Smith, then Ward/GGG probably would be a ppv fight next year.

And if the winner of Cotto/Canelo is allowed to stall GGG by the WBC, then I think GGG vs Ward, at 168, will probably happen.

GGG has never fought at '54.

                      I agree.

But jr, Golovkin had the right, and the willingness, to fight Froch at 168

Golovkin had the right, but was unwilling, to face Ward at 168.

You can call that whatever you like bro, but I know what I am calling it.
