Point is every top level fighter says crap like they wanna fight 4x a year. None of them do it. Golovkin included. It's just not realistic

I think it was supposed to be some sort of attack at Golovkin fans. Clearly it was a poor attempt. Maybe Kagami Taiga will deliver something better next time.

Golovkin fought 4 times in 2013. Donaire fought 4 times in 2012.

He fought 5 times in 08,4 times in 09,4 times in 13,and 3 times in 14. It's actually uncommon for ggg to fight less than 3 times a year.

Personally, I'm not that interested in Lemieux - GGG. Exciting fight for sure, but the outcome is pretty obvious.

I'd like to see Golovkin in a competitive fight for a change.

And no Dirk, Lara wouldn't be competitive.

This is box. Golovkin will be favourite but Lemieux has a game-changer of his own.

Ward said he phoned HBO before he went on air, he knows the fight isn't happening in 2015. Amongst other things he said HBO want to build it.

Golovkin fought 4 times in 2013. Donaire fought 4 times in 2012.

Yea but his status as a top fighter has changed drastically since then. There are plenty of rising fighters that fight 4 or even 5 tines again. But once they get to the top it always slows down. Basically I don't see Golovkin ever fighting 4 times a year ever again.
