I really have little interest in a Ward fight compared to a title unification fight with ANY other MW title holder. GGG is a middleweight, not a SMW and is not interested in winning any SMW titles and unification fights with other MW title holders is what the game is all about until he has them all and then, and only then, decides to move up.

Yea, I agree he's a natural Middleweight..unfortunately, those that aren't already scared ****less to fight him are under other promotional banners, so they likely won't happen..

Have you actually watched the fight? Alcine did nothing for the first 7 rounds..u could argue he won 4, maybe last 5 rounds..Thats still 116-112 or 115-113 on my scorecard..

All of the other title holders are able to fight on HBO. Lee will be willing and able after/if he wins his mandatory against Saunders. The winner of Cotto-Canelo MUST fight GGG, if Cotto is not stripped before the fight happens, and the remaining title holder is Lemieux. All are able to fight GGG on HBO with no trouble at all. No Haymon holds a world title at MW. Once Golovkin holds all the titles at MW, he will be the only game in town for title fights and any MW with a spine will be lining up to fight him.
