    Fine, I'll play.

    Stevens vs Golovkin

Golovkin's impressive eighth-round stoppage of Curtis Stevens on Saturday on HBO drew the third-largest audience for a boxing match on cable in 2013. According to Nielsen Media Research, it averaged 1.41 million viewers.

    It peaked at 1.566 million.

Show me where Ward generated that amount of viewers.

    • Ward makes sense but i don't think golovkin wants the fight right now.

That was WArd's own decision. Why should GGG get less money because Ward decided to take a layoff and has to grasp on numbers from 3-4 years ago that clearly could not even reflect current events. Even factoring in those HBO fights, he still attracted less than GGG.

Made more money fighting a TOMATO CAN than Bum-love-kin has made in any fight in the whole of his career...
Still in no way reflects how much money he can generate. Generating money from the public and getting a guaranteed purse from your promoter are 2 different things. If Roc Nation wants to give Ward $50 million as a guaranteed, no problem. But why should he also get a split from variables he doesn't affect as strongly as GGG?

Those comments were obviously made in jest and you know it. A quick look at their CVs shows who actually took the risks.

            But that's besides the point.

You have to change the subject quick because you know GG and K2 are running scared of Ward.

            • Why are Golovkin fans acting like he's some huge draw?

They tried to move him away from the kiddie room at MSG into the big room and it completely tanked

              Why does this get ignored?

                  LOL.

160 is arguably the ****tiest division in all of boxing. Being the alleged best of a bad lot is nothing to write home about...

Only drooling ******s, ****ing idiots and Bum-love-kin nut guzzlers would have the Triple Duck @ #4 P4P.

                  LOL.

His resume is good only as far as making some lasagna is concerned with all the TOMATO CANs he's knocked over...

He may not be the superstar draw like Cotto, Canelo, Pacquiao, Floyd, etc but relative to Ward, he is the bigger draw so he should get a larger split of the PPV buys and tickets sold for this fight.

                    • Golovkins team already said 50/50.

Golovkin fans know they are going to backtrack on that to avoid the fight already. This is why we have them here arguing about splits.

The Golovkin hype is getting exposed and he doesn't even have to step in the ring for it to happen.
