Mundine gots a nice following & power in Australia. Okay its just Australia, but the guy can make some nice money for his fights & get guys nice money for fighting him on that big ass island. For Andrade's promoter to try to cut into that money is a smart move, but ultimately this was a good move to not agree to the fight by Mundine with those options involved. Boxing is a sport, but there is a huge business element in any sport on this level & any boxer who doesn't try to align the sport & the business isn't gonna get ahead enough at the end of the day for the sacrifices they've made.

If Floyd retires/vacated the WBC belt, is Mundine automatically upgraded to full champion? Or is the silver title even less meaningful than an interim one?

Andrade is a talent but I think his Father is his Manager then they seem to be stuck with Banner Promotions who has ZERO POWER in boxing and No Network to put their fighters on so WTF will happen to Ruslan, Algeiri and Andrade careers is unknown at the moment

A struggling Promotion trying to make demands as if they have options, not that is Hilarious! This fight likely doesn't even end up on any US Network to be honest!
Ruskin and Algieri seem to be doing just fine though getting big fights left and right.
This kid on the other hand hasn't been in the ring in forever. He's a really talented kid but I think he needs to play ball and take some fights before thinking he's the next coming of FMJ or something with demands.

Mundine is disliked in Australia he made real good money early on of the back of his rugby career the fight fans of Australia know today Mundine is a blowhard , he failed every time he fought real world class opponents and his time to have a real go at the world scene was when he lost to Kessler , he should have hit the road then and pursued the worlds best overseas , he didnt he fought hometown opposition and avoided the big names because he had to go to them and he loses the home town advantages that go with that .

Nope Mundine is done and trying to cash in , Clottey destroyed him for crying out loud .

Yeah that is true, not sure what the problem is or what is going on but what ever it is he needs to fix it right away and get back in the ring
