Not sure if he has a mandatory, but Canelo is actually ranked number one at 154 for the WBO. Couple guys I don't know much about are 2 and 3 and Trout is 4th.

This kid isn't gonna have any fans left in a minute, and it's not like he can afford to lose many.

you prefer the Haymon contracts that offer NO minimum guaranteed fights per year, NO minimum purses, and a public gag order that prevents the fighter from saying anything negative about Haymon, even if true? Yeah, thats so much better......lol

andrade would likely gracefully take a purse bid at this point bc his team cannot get it done

kid is 25 with robberies and BS all over his resume yet fans have made him bigger than a belt..that's wat i call bad for boxing.."bigger than a belt" is a title that is earned in the ring for me..when floyd beat him nearly every round he kept that title..and canelo in a perfect world shouldnt be able to prance around like it's now his title

When Andrade Mananger/Promoters thought hey could step in and get the same money that Quillin was offered from Roc Nation it was very clear that Andrade is surrounded by IDIOTS!

Andrade is a talent but I think his Father is his Manager then they seem to be stuck with Banner Promotions who has ZERO POWER in boxing and No Network to put their fighters on so WTF will happen to Ruslan, Algeiri and Andrade careers is unknown at the moment

A struggling Promotion trying to make demands as if they have options, not that is Hilarious! This fight likely doesn't even end up on any US Network to be honest!

It's one of the most regrettable situations in the sport right now. And it's quite sad that someone who has proven literally nothing wants to act like he's Floyd Mayweather, because make no mistake, Andrade has shown that attitude. It's not just his team.

Rosado, with no promoter, moved up to fight GGG when he could've fought K9. On the other hand, Andrade decided to pass on Korobov (and later Charlo). Sometimes, fighters just can't see when a good opportunity has presented itself. That, or they're lacking the confidence or desire to grab the opportunity.
