While I do believe Khan is the dumbest person in boxing who's getting a mic put in front of him the most I think Khan is playing this hand like Brook or most would be if situations were reversed is the ironic thing here.

Khan vs Brook could be made tomorrow, six months from now or 3 years from now. That will be a big domestic fight ANY TIME. Mayweather & Pacquaio on the otherhand have fights or maybe just a fight left & that fight could alter Khan's standing in boxing history not to mention his bank account if he were to get it. And he seems to be in play for either guy to one degree or another. Now if Brook was in the same position does anyone really think he would forego the possibiltiy of a fight with Pacquiao or Mayweather for a domestic fight that will be huge years from now? **** no he wouldn't & rightfully so.

The really messed up thing for Khan is if he doesn't get either fight he'll be perceived as making bad decisions, but the end result doesn't change that it was the right move to make at the time is the real bottom line. Few will acknowledge that reality.

Khan brings hate on himself because he brags so much and disrespects other fighters so much. He is supposed to be Pacquiao's good friend but he brags on the thrashings he gave Pacquiao in sparring. He praise Mayweather for beating Pacquiao, telling him it was easy work. Some friend? He tells Mayweather and Pacquiao they must man up and fight him. But he refuses to man up and fight Brook. He talks like he slaughtered Maidana and owns him. He talks about Brook like he is a piece of ****. He talks like Mayweather and Pacquiao are scared of him. Flatline, we get it that you love Khan and that's your right to love and support the guy. But you need to wake up to reality. Your boy Khan has a big rude mouth and an abrasive personality. You don't have to be a ****** goat farmer or sheep ***er or a freak not to like Khan. Most fans don't like him because he is just not likeable.

Amir Khan is definitely not avoiding Kell Brook in particular.

Since Garcia rocked his world he's avoiding anyone with a punch and that just happens to include Kell Brook.

I agree with Khan, Brook needs to put a little run together

            The fight will happen

I really hope Brook vs Bhundu isnt next up

I never knew that Khan planned to retire at a certain age. Well, he turns 29 this year, so we'll find out if he's bull****ting or not.

Exactly, he needs to protect that glass that will get shattered by any decent puncher in the WW division. Brook just one of them who would knock Khan out cold and Khan's handlers and deeply inside himself knows it.

Taking the over on a boxers proposed retirement date is always gonna be a winning betting strategy. I'm not sure I can think of a boxer who actually gave a retirement age/date at least a couple years in advance that actually kept to that age/date tbh.
