I know a lot of you don't like Khan and although it's clear he "avoids" the Brook fight, I highly doubt it's fear but more the fact that it propels Brook to new heights by just having two fights his whole career. For example, many journalists have alluded to the fact that Danny Garcia was not a star till he beat Khan and now he is a big name. He puts his foot in it a lot of the time but he is a good dude.

.. I mean that just sums up how afraid these guys are of Khan - obviously Floyd probably being the most scared of them all.
