Rigo vs Lomachenko is the better fight.

Cotto vs Canelo the better event.

As a huge fan of Rigo, and a pretty big fan of Lomachenko, this fight is the fight I want to see.

loma-rigo. rigo is the undisputed best sbw, and loma the best fw. both are comfortably top 5 p4p most skilled boxers

cotto-canelo is just a fight between two guys who would be annihilated by golovkin

Why decide when you can have both?

That being said, Loma-Rigo although Canelo-Cotto will be fun as long as Cotto is still standing.

Rigo vs Loma for me. Always wanted it to happen & never thought it would. Cotto vs Saul way bigger though.

It's like this. Rigo vs Loma is the more important boxing fight. It's a once in a lifetime type of fight. It's what boxing is all about.

Cotto/Canelo is a "big" fan friendly fight, but it's not as important historically speaking... Neither fighter is as technically or athletically gifted as Loma or Rigo.

Rigo/Loma is a Floyd/Manny level type fight... The difference being no one knows about these guys...

Loma-Rigo SHOULD be a big PPV fight...but since people prefer to watch guys dance around the basketball floor or chill in the outfield with their pajamas, boxing rarely gets the attention it deserves.

I'm glad I don't have to choose. I'm pretty sure Cotto/Alvarez would be the better fight, but the skill level between Rigo and Lomachenko would be off the charts. That might lead to a more boring fight, but the purist in me would love it, just like I did Rigo/Donaire despite it being one-sided.

If Rigo/Loma is truly on the horizon, it makes Floyd's last cherry pick fight even more forgetful
