These comments and others by Duva make it clear to me that she is doing so to layout out the blueprint for her to join Golden Boy and Top Rank in lawsuits towards Haymon and PBC.

She was kinda the first one in on the Haymon lawsuits with the whole Stevenson thing so she's leading the pack there imo, but I tend to doubt she jumps on board with TR & GBP unless there is a more direct damage angle with Kovalev or another of her fighters who is bringing in money (does she have one? I'm not sure tbqh). I doubt she's got random money laying around to pursue silly lawsuits, like I personally believe TR's & GBP's to be cuz that sorta stuff does cost money & it seems likely it doesn't go anywhere & if it does go anywhere it'll more than likely take years to get there.

Stevenson's ticket sales dropped when he signed with SHo and avoided Kov. SO it shouldn't be a surprise that fans appear to be treating kov the same way for avoiding the purse bid and avoiding the fight.

Summer fights in Vegas are always like this. It's not uncommon at all. The fact that a practically free fight is being shown up the street is a valid reason for this fight to be lacking in ticket sales.
