Loma vs Rigo: Which attribute will be the deciding factor?

Which attribute will determine the outcome of this fight?
And who has the edge in that department?
If you vote "other", explain in your post.

Edit: I left Defense off the list by accident, so just vote "other".

You think Rigondeaux's defense is that much better than Lomachenko's?

I've seen Loma pull off some pretty slick stuff. In the pocket, too, not just maintaining distance.

He has solid defense but it would boil down to whoever is forced to fight the other persons fight. Rigondeaux is 100% counter puncher, he'll almost never lead, Lomachenko is more offensive minded so he'll be the aggressor which falls into Rigondeaux's favor.

I'm going to suggest ring size will play a major role in the fight. If its in the Vegas standard size ring of 20x20 I'd favor Rigo.

If its in a smaller venue and a smaller ring, like the ring GGG fought in Monaco, I would favor Loma.

i feel that their skills are roughly equivalent, so ultimately size would be the determining factor. lesser fighters than lomachenko have landed on rigondeaux, and lomachenko has plenty of experiences facing world class slicksters in the ams. they will inevitably land on each other, and i believe that loma can take rigo's best but not vice versa

Good point. I hadn't considered ring size as a factor, but it will definitely influence the fight.

I wonder if Loma will be able to cut off the ring effectively and trap Rigo in the corner. I get the feeling that Rigondeaux's style and stance won't work as well if he doesn't have room to operate.

Intelligence, and Rigo has a major edge there

Not true, Ali was a very tricky defensive fighter, Frazier beat him. Whitaker...got beat by DLH. Hopkins has been beaten by many top fighters.
