Out of all those cards, I will be able to watch 6 of them as the rest of the channels are not available in Canada. And out of those, three of them will be featuring TBA. I hope he has improved his game because it will be really boring watching TBA getting his clock cleaned over and over again.
Most people won't give a sht about these fights. Haymon hasn't a clue how to build hype and make fighters worth following. All his fighters are dwindling, Garcia used to be something to watch for and now who could care less, he hasn't done sht in ages, Thurman's hype is being killed slowly also.
I'll watch because I love boxing, but I'm sure 90% of these will be disappointing fights considering I haven't seen one good PBC fight, the best so far was Harrison-Nelson, two guys that wanted to win and with decent skills, but I doubt any of the fans were even in the arena for that.
Only problem is, the Olympic team is/was trash. Spence got a little hype behind him but without head movement Idk how far he will get. Then there's...... who?
Wasn't that 2012 team like the worst in US history?
Spence may turn out to be something, but like you, I'm not sold on the hype surrounding him.
Where's Beterbiev at? He's probably Haymons most promising fighter.
Since a lot of those dates don't show the undercard , I'd suspect that Beterbiev will appear on either the Bute card in August or the Stevenson card in September as a co-feature.
Another fight that's not listed is the US debut of Marco Huck vs. Krzysztof Glowacki (24-0) co-feature to the Tarver-Cunningham card. I think that is actually a pretty solid/competitive card for a Spike TV show.

Yeah I'm really hoping TSN picks up the ESPN cards, the Showtime cards (previously on Super Channel), and maybe even the NBCSN cards since they don't have much NHL any more.
They had the Thurman-Collazo card scheduled, but showed FIFA Beach Soccer (wtf?) instead. And they did show the Showtime broadcast of the Stiverne-Wilder fight earlier in January, but likely only because of Stiverne's Canadian connection.
Also, the Fight Network was showing the FSN1 cards when they were run by Golden Boy, so maybe they'll continue to show the PBC versions.
Haymon trying to build superstars, so boxing can have a future without floyd and manny. Feed them young bucks some cans to build htheir name up. Yall, also foret that we actualy have top fighter fighting in regular tv. We not getting washe d up fighters and journeymen anymore.
