Isn't Matthysse/Postal on that date? So PBC going head to head with HBO that night?

When you got people here saying 2 senior citizens like Tarver vs Cunningham is a good fight... that's when you know **** is looking bad and people are desperate.

Anyone want to agree with me About when I said his main goal is to get his 15% fighter fees?

These fights aren't going to build boxing, PBC, or any new stars, this is garbage.
It's hard to say. I do think the idea of Haymon being this altruistic Uncle to all these fighters is ridiculous. He's a businessman. The better his fighters get paid, the better he gets paid. And even if this whole PBC thing is a disaster and they burn through the investors $400m or whatever it is, he makes off with a huge chunk of change too.

But then I do think....let's analyse this objectively. He's not some evil dude whose aim is to fleece investors and run off. I think he genuinely thinks (or hopes) PBC is going to work, and he's in it for the long haul. I think he even has love for the sport.

Sadly, it looks inevitable the PBC is going to end in disaster. I think he's mis-read the sport and his own power and he's going to end up sinking the whole thing. If you look at the last 3 en****** he's used as a vehicle to push his own fighters - HBO, Showtime, Golden Boy......all of them were left in a bad state once he moved on.

After he burns through all the investment money.....what then? Where does he go then?

Arreola VS my burger king manager should be a good scrap. He's a tough cookie, ive seen him handle rush hour in the drive thru on his own. he can handle adversity.

PBC is not offering any barburners, but, with the exception of Cotto/Alvarez, they are on the same level in terms of quality as HBO.
Quigg is fighting Martinez, while Frampton is fighting Alejandro Gonzalez (never heard of him). It's essentially a showcase fight to introduce him to the U.S. fans.
