Delusion is embedded deep in this one. Floyd convinced his fans that this fight was something other than a totally embarassing mismatch and now they actually think Berto is not washed up or terrible.

    Sad really.

At least berto came to fight unlike Canelo who got smacked around for 12 rounds!

Because these same haters are the biggest fans of the guy. There's a reason why you find them in all the Mayweather threads and why they post more about him than any other fighter. Don't let them fool you.

Was a pleasure to watch his career. I doubt this is his last fight because boxers tend to come back one way or another but if it was then I'm happy I witnessed it as I did Chavez, Sweet Pea, Morales, Barrera, Tito, RJJR, Holyfield, Hopkins, Finito, JMM, Carbajal, Too Sharp, and many others.

Easily top 15 but tough to crack top 5. Rare breed and glad i got to witness it. would love to see him fight again but if not I am so pleased to not have to watch the sport retire him like almost ALL OTHER FIGHTERS WHO HAVE LIVED. Appreciate it.

Well, I throughly enjoyed the event.

Great to see George Groves fail at his 3rd attempt at a title.

Salido-Martinez great fight but very upset Salido was robbed.

Mayweather-Berto was a nice farewell fight but I was disappointed in Floyd. I expected him to walk him down and go to work but he simply does not have it any more, he literally has zero killer instinct. He's completely shot offensively and his offense is mainly jabs and an occasional right hand. He has to retire now.

We saw glimpses of the old Floyd in the last 2 rounds but that's all it was, glimpes of an old fighter showing what he used to have.

Nothing but net in this post. That line on Groves gave me a chuckle.
