What I said is absolutely true. Slim pickings out there. Last big threat was Pacquiao. What's left now are a bunch of up n comers who refuse to fight each other. It's a horrible fight don't get me wrong abd there are better ones. But none of them are must see fights. Guy is retiring with nothing left to prove.

Don't take this as a fan boy accusation but would you call yourself a fan of the sport or a fan of the fighter? because those things you mentioned "nothing left to prove.. legacy etc" are all problems for FMJ to worry about, as a fan of the sport, I'm interested in fights with an element of competition which leads to some uncertainty in the result; it could be 15% with Floyd - Brook, 20% with Floyd - Thurman etc.. not much but I'll take it over Berto's 20-1 shot, because when you remove that competitive element from the equation it goes from being a sport to a show.

Now, if I have a couple of hours spare, and I feel like catching a good show with some boxing in it, I'm gonna go with Creed or possibly South Paw because Floyd-Berto ain't doing it for me.
