Tough, ****y guy. Not a very graceful or smooth fighter. Boxes like a robot. His prime was mostly a perfect storm of good fortune and I don't believe that he is as good as his record indicates. The way he ran his mouth over the last month is one of the reasons why I never liked him.

        Favourite fighter: GGG.

Figures. It's annoying watching GGG/Khan fans coming on here and insulting a legend, but haters gonna hate i suppose.

My personal favourite was the Bute fight. He obliterated a guy who was unbeaten, P4P (although seems ridiculous now) and the boogeyman at 168. Bute has been damaged goods since that night.
Bute wasn't the boogeyman at 168. Good win for Froch but c'mon now man.

Of course he was, nobody wanted anything to do with him, including Andre Ward. NSB was all over his nuts.

He was the guy left out of the tournament who was fighting daytime steel mill workers. When he actually stepped up he got exposed for what a lot of people said he was. Hardly a boogeyman at all. He didn't have one significant win before the Froch fight and hasn't had one after. For crying out loud his best win is an old Glenn Johnson!

GGG is not my favorite fighter. That list is in no particular. And I never said Froch wasn't good. He's good, tough, had a great chin and decent power. He just seems like a total tool shed and his girlfriend/wife/fiance whatever she is was straight up annoying screaming at his fights. I saw video footage of them where they were drinking tea/coffee out of mugs with their faces on the mugs. And then all that crap over the last month? Who does that? It's just not cool. Enough said. Huge ego. Slow, plodding, methodical. Personally, I thought Dirrell beat him and Ward thoroughly outclassed him. (And he had the nerve to talk trash on Ward afterwards calling him 'boring' after he got beat up)

Look at his wins. The Taylor fight - come on - he was down on points and won via KO with 14 seconds to go. Arthur Abraham has limited skill. Glen Johnson was 42. Yusaf Mack??? Bute was a total joke. Another HBO hype job. George Groves - that fight might have been big in the UK over here in states - Groves wasn't even on the radar with that inflated record vs tomato cans. I'm sorry not that impressed with the resume. Kessler was a good win and quite frankly I thought he won the first fight. Kessler was probably his best win. Great confidence, but limited athletic ability. I'm not a fan - what can I say. Much respect and best wishes in his retirment.

Just kinda' sorry I probably won't get to hear his commentary as I don't get Sky.

Anyhow, good luck in the new gig!

                      War Cobra!!
You probably aren't missing much. He is very egotistical and you will hear about him a lot I suspect.

Think post Groves 1. They hated Groves but ended up booing him for not giving much credit etc...

In the ring is was solid. The chin was something
