Ironic, Walters is too big but will call out a little guy we are to big for.. And yet the Lomo fans still defend this clown. Pathetic!!!!

I understand your point. Loma has no idea if Walters can make 126. He seems worried he will and will then rehydrate to about 142-145, which will be about 8-10lbs more than Loma will likely rehydrate to.

IMO he just doesn't want to risk losing to Walters right now. Given the climate, I completely understand this on his part.

You did not get my point of view. I want this fight happen badly. And I wish BOTH fighters were in their best conditions. But it seems Loma can hardly make 124 or if he could make it he'd be exhausted. I don't care much about catchweights for THIS fight. If it weren't a big issue I would blame Loma to get additional advantage. 124 limit and rehydration clause will impact his working rate MUCH and it seems Rigo's team are afraid of it much more than possible weight advantage.

Did I say Cherrypick? No... I'm stating the fact Walters is too big yet Rigo is ok... I'm coming more at the fact Lomo obviously ran from Walters and is more comfortable being the bigger guy making the one other tough task in his favor. I'm not saying 4 pounds is an issue but if you call the dude out, you have to compromise. In my view, although people claim people don't like to watch him, Rigo is the Vet, as well as the unified champ at his weight class and currently holds the better resume. A lose to Salido and win against untested Russell doesn't mean sh**.

I thought Rigo was leaving Gary Hyde for Haymon?

Is Gary Hyde blowing smoke up people's arsés by pretending he wants to match Rigo with a big name opponent, just before Rigo leaves him?

Ah come on man its a fair stipulation and I'd say Rigo does call the shots because he is a double title holder and has been a world champion for longer than Loma has been a professional boxer.
