Did you see his response afterwards? if so, then you know he doesn't want to fight Walters.
WHy?
Because as the Salido fight showed, he doesn't have enough experience to be able to deal with a man that comes in heavier than he does.
He has crowd pleasing style, but if the opponent is able to make 126 then blows up (like ODH or Nonito), Loma needs to be able to fight in a way that he can still win.
Stop whining and deflecting Freedom. Loma did this to himself. I didn't do anything to him.
This thread is about Loma, not the other guys.
That's fine dude. As I said above, the pros are different. What am I about? My guess is you are making a not subtle suggestion my comment is racially motivated ok, if that makes you feel better.
Bringing up Bob is about Bob rushing him into the Salido fight before he was ready to win. It's not just about his skill. he is a tremendous fighter.
But. as I said above, guys make 126 and then come in well above that. Is Loma experienced enough to deal with that? I don't think so at this point.
Loma has a chance to get a huge push by HBO. I do not think Bob wants to risk him losing, especially to a Rigo who HBO feels can not be marketed to the masses.
